Childrens Relaxation Cards
Each set includes a range of child-friendly relaxation activities to help make learning relaxation fun for children and each card has instructions and a drawing to help explain what you need to do. There are over 100 relaxation exercises including Breathing, Movement, Mindfulness & Massage.
We can provide a digital download or one printed set of cards to children with cancer of life-limiting conditions and bereaved siblings free of charge.
