Our Children's Relaxation Flashcards have been written by a qualified occupational therapist with experience working with children and teenagers experiencing mental health difficulties and designed by KizzehDraws to bring the activities to life.

Each set of cards includes a range of child friendly relaxation activities to help make learning relaxation fun for children. Each card has instructions and a drawing to help explain what you need to do for that activity.

There are over 100 relaxation exercises, including:

* Movement Activities
* Mindfulness Activities
* Massage Activities

We can provide a digital download or one printed set of cards to children with cancer or life limiting conditions and bereaved siblings free of charge.

You will be charged for this product. We can unfortunately only offer free cards to families and professionals that meet our charitable criteria (see links above). However, we recognise that others might also benefit from our relaxation activities and so we have given the opportunity for anyone to purchase their own set of relaxation therapy flashcards. This allows us to cover the costs of printing and postage.
