We understand how important it can be to have things to remember your child and so offer a range of memorials to bereaved parents at no additional cost to them.

To increase the number of parents we can help we limit the amount we spend on memorials for each family so we ask that you provide a cost breakdown to support your application.

Once we have reviewed your request we will contact you to notify you of our decision and to make arrangements for your memorial.
