Our Children's Relaxation Flashcards have been written by a qualified occupational therapist with experience working with children and teenagers experiencing mental health difficulties and designed by KizzehDraws to bring the activities to life.

Each set of cards includes a range of child friendly relaxation activities to help make learning relaxation fun for children. Each card has instructions and a drawing to help explain what you need to do for that activity.

There are over 100 relaxation exercises, including:

* Movement Activities
* Mindfulness Activities
* Massage Activities

We provide one printed set of cards to children with cancer or life limiting conditions and bereaved siblings free of charge. But they are also available to buy if families want additional packs or dont qualify for our support.
