It is important to take time out to look after yourself, particularly when your grief is more prominent or around significant dates. The self-care box is created to give you an opportunity to take that much needed time for yourself.

We can provide up to 2 self-care box per year to families of children that have died. These can be small individual boxes or larger family boxes.

If you need to send a box to more than one address (for example if parents are separated) please complete a separate order for each box.
